Warranty of Work Performed by Furniture Management Solutions
Furniture Management Services ("FMS") provides a warranty on the labor involved in furniture reupholstery for a period of 1 year from the date of completion of the work. This Warranty is subject to the conditions set forth below and any other conditions.
All claims for warranty must be made in writing to FMS. All work, all repair, or against the product within a comparable product, part, or component. FMS reserves the right to replace the product with an item from its current portfolio, as determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
1. Scope Of Warranty
FMS warrants that the reupholstery labor will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards.
2. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Natural variations in wood grain, figure, or character marks.
- Changes in surface finishes, including colorlessness, due to aging, exposure to light, or direct sunlight.
- Marks, scars, or wrinkles occurring naturally in leather.
- Reproduced, duplicate, or copy material from newer technologies.
- Veins, marks, voids, fissures, or marble naturally present in stone.
- Failure resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Textile pilling or deterioration caused by pilling, stains, dye transfer from clothing (e.g., denim), or improper care.
- Matching of colors, grains, or textures of natural materials, including textiles and surface finishes.
- Discoloration or uniformity of surfaces caused by temperature-related issues.
- Damage, marking, or alteration caused by sharp or foreign objects.
- Damage resulting from improper cleaning agents, methods, or failure to follow proper cleaning protocols.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- The Customer must retain the original receipt or proof of purchase to validate the Warranty.
- The Customer must notify FMS of any defects covered by this Warranty within 15 days of discovering the issue.

Provide Documentation
Submit a detailed description of the defect, including relevant photographs or other documentation.
Inspection
Allow FMS reasonable access to inspect the reupholstered furniture and verify the defect.
5. Remedies
If a defect covered by this Warranty is found, FMS will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product using comparable materials at no charge to the Customer.
- Replace the product or its components with comparable items from our current portfolio, or issue a refund equivalent to the original cost of the defective item, if repair or replacement is not feasible.
6. Limitation Of Liability
This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Customer. FMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the product, except as required by applicable law.
